Breakfast is first and important meal of your day. Consuming healthy
breakfast is like putting fuel in an empty car to make it run full day.
Breakfast helps to heat up your metabolism to burn calories. You should
never skip breakfast it is an important meal of your body. If you avoid
your breakfast you will be hungry soon and eat more later in a day which
can be harmful. People eating breakfast regularly have shown
improvement in their health and low level of cholesterol and less prone
to any disease. Never jump your breakfast no mater how busy you are;
choose a correct breakfast that fits your taste and lifestyle. Some
people think shipping breakfast can help them to reduce weight. This is
not true! After 10- 12 hours of sleep your body has been fasting and you
are in a starvation mode. If you skip breakfast then you will have low
state of metabolism and you will not be able to burn fat. Breakfast can
boost your energy level and keep you active and fresh through out the
day. Skipping breakfast can make your body and brain tired, because of
low fuel. This will lead to unhealthy choices for lunch. Breakfast is
like a fuel for brain to be active. Breakfast is important meal for
every age group as it increases concentration power, energy and
productivity level. Have a good healthy and balanced breakfast such
as-fiber rich cereals, fruit juice, oatmeal, nuts, yogurt, and grains
avoid eating sugar coated rolls or pizza’s as it has high calories.
Twice a week you can have protein rich breakfast like eggs, cheese
toast, bread and butter. Consume fat rich food in moderation. Choose
correct breakfast for your body and brain as it needs energy to keep
your body working. Do not eat anything like night left over for
breakfast; it is important meal like any other meal, needs proper
planning.
Remember having breakfast every morning can pump your body cells and keep you energetic.
