Click the sync Ipod button under the files menu. You will find iTunes have started loading songs to your Ipod. Just wait for the process to finish and don't interrupt while songs are transferring from iTunes to Ipod. Interruption during transferring the song can create problems. Once the process is complete you can enjoy listening to your playlist. The next time you can continue the same process to enjoy music on Ipod.
