4)      Half sit up: lie down and relax, place your hands and feet flat on the mat. Slowly bend both of your knees and tuck your chin towards your chest. Then slowly raise both your hands and touch your knees. Hold for few seconds and breadth normally. Slowly lean back and relax for few seconds and then repeat the exercise again.

5)      Mid back stretch: after performing all the floor exercises stand straight with your hands on your hips. Slowly turn your back left at the waist, keep your head over the shoulders and hold for few seconds. Breadth normally and repeat the same on the right.
