  1. Omelette- if you love eggs then this is an ideal and quick recipe for you. Take 2-3 eggs and break then into a bowl, beat well with 1-2 tsp of milk. The milk will make omelette extra fluffy. Then add 1 chopped onion, some finely chopped tomatoes and green peppers. You can also add chopped mushroom and spinach to add extra colour to your plate. Add salt and pepper powder to taste. Heat a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp of butter when butter starts melting reduce the heat and pour the above mixture. Close the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and remove the lip garnish your omelette with low fat cheese and fresh chopped corianders. This recipe will help you gain all the vital nutrients to kick start your day. Some people might not like to start their day with eggs; they can use 1 and half cup of wheat flour mixed with 1 cup of water instead of eggs.

Whole wheat tortillas or whole wheat bread- heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan add green pepper (if you like red and yellow you can also add them), cook until soft add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 finely chopped carrot, a handful of chopped beans, and finally add salt. Cook well. In another pan heat wheat tortillas or bread with butter. Place the tortillas or bread on the plate and then place the above mixture and serve with fresh salsa.
