Drink water and lose weight

When we do not forget to breadth then why we forget to drink water? Water is important part of our lives as oxygen. When we feel tired, low, exhausted or need to boost energy in our body drinking water can recharge our body cells. There are no alternatives for water, some people might think that having coffee, beverages, tea, soda, alcohol drinks can substitute water but this is not so as water has its own importance it can not be substituted with any other liquid.
