  1. Never skip breakfast:  breakfast is an important meal of the day, its like putting fuel in an empty car to make it run full day. So, never miss out a breakfast. It should be healthy and nutritive but should be fat free. Include lots of fruits, nuts, cereals, oatmeal, low fat milk, eggs and vegetables in first meal of your day.
  2. Keep track of your calories: the key to shed extra weight is to increase your physical activity as well as cut down your calorie intake. Walking everyday for 20-30 minutes helps you burn excess calories and keeps you active.
  3. Break your meals: instead of three heavy meals, eat five healthy meals. After every four- five hours eat healthy snacks like- yogurt, fruits, nuts, oats etc. healthy snacks helps you to fill your stomach and binge on other unhealthy foods to satisfy your overwhelming hunger.
  4. Workout regime: plan a workout regime for at least 30 minutes everyday to lose weight and to be healthy.
